As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
40kg Overhead Squat, 15 reps
Knees to Elbow, 10 Reps
Hand Stand Push Up, 5 reps

about half the OHS @ 40kg, the rest @ 30kg.
haven’t overhead squatted with weight until about 3 days ago so pretty happy with this effort.

This one was a killer on the shoulders!
95 OHS @ 40kg combined with 30 HSPU’s is pretty tough going. The DOMS in a couple of days time will be interesting.
