Rope Climb, 1 ascent
Push Up, 10 reps
24kg Kettlebell Swing, 15 reps

Storm: 16kg KB / scaled rope ascents / push ups As Rx’d
= 11 rounds in 20mins
AMRAP in 20 mins
Towel Pull-ups x 10 – Found it hard to grip the towel, so all reps were singles
Push-ups x 10 – All unbroken sets
KB swing 24 kg x 15 – All unbroken sets
6 rounds + 7 towel-ups
Good work Pete, and great improvising!
Michael Willey – 10mins – 16kg KB / mixed ascents
= 5 rounds total
Awesome work, considering Mike has not exercised in 6months or so! Strong effort and intensity!
AMARAP 10 mins
5 Scaled rope climbs

Hey Chanel, what about all the stuff you did before the WOD???
Chanel ripped off a few kipping band pull ups and some of the best snatches I’ve seen in a while! The girl is a natural weightlifter! Awesome stuff mate. Lets get you stronger and then into a comp!! Can you tell I get excited when I see good lifts. I also found how hard it is to compliment a girl on her great snatch technique. You have to word things very carefully

Yes Jason I am it was so good,
it felt great to do something and know that I had the stamina to keep up with everyone else
just got to work on the technique
