The Cell – Kettlebell Basics Workshop is designed to give you a sound grounding in the 7 fundamental kettlebell movements, their variations and their application in your training. In this 3-hour workshop you will learn the Swing, Turkish Get Up, Clean, Press, Windmill, Front Squat and Snatch. You will also learn variations of these movements, kettlebell training safety and programming.
A Kettlebell Training Guide, with a 6-week beginners program and 3 intermediate programs, is provided!
