    W/U – 400mtr Run – 2rds x 10reps of; Dips, Pushups, Pullups, Situps, Sampson Stretch + Mobility and further Stretching

    Strength: Deadlifts 3×3 at 70% of 1RM = 130kg – Felt Great

    I liked this one… mainly because of the HSPU, masochist much?

    Deadlifts: 3x3x3 of 70% of 1RM (49kg). Felt really light and way too easy.

    Wod:
    - 25 HSPU negatives onto an ab mat
    - run 400m
    - 25 box dips
    - run 400m
    - 25 knee push-ups (chest to floor)
    - run 400m

    Time: 12:06

    Those push ups slowed me down. They were the only thing I had to break more than once for. Must work on them at home. Love being upside down so any wod with HSPUs is a fave! :)
