I dont think i’m going to be able to lift my drink at the sunday sesh ;-)

  2. Raj says:

Tips or suggestions on how to choose the best weight for the WOD awesome Coaches ????

    • Jase says:

Push Press will be the limiting factor Raj. Maybe go with your Press 5RM or similar.

20 mins is a long time. This one is much harder than the Tabata Barbell.

      Jase

  3. Richie says:

Awww man, this one looks awesome! But Im with Joe, my shoulders are still killing me, theres no way Id be able to lift my drink afterwards!

  4. Hannah says:

Jase would that be different advice for guys and girls? my press 5rm is 31, yet i was thinking 15kg would be a suitable weight?

  5. Laila says:

I love this WOD! It is my NUMERO UNO favourite (and there’s not even any sandbags or KB’s in it…Crazy huh!). It is my favourite! Have fun with it! :)

  6. Joe T says:

Completed 11 rounds using 25kg for a score of 275

Found it much easier than Tabata Barbell…. But was still feeling sore after Wednesday…. Next time, I reckon 30kg is the go :-)

And your right Laila…. It is a good WOD

  7. Battman! says:

    AMRAP 20 min
    25kg
    5 Romanian Deadlift
    5 HPC
    5 Box Front Squat

    5 Box Backsquat

    14 full rounds + 5+5+5+3 press
    Total = 350 full rounds

    Then
    2km Row 9:01
    500m Row 2:01
    500m Row 2:02
