Saturday 31 December 2011

Posted by The Cell on 30th December 2011

New Years Eve is an interesting time of the year. Every day is day of reflection but in our culture particular emphasis is placed on the turning of a new year. Our advice is take advantage of this cultural practice to do your best in eliciting change. Change is healthy, change is useful. Observe what is of greater importance in your life and focus on that for 2012. Now is the time to be who you want to be, build the foundations of what has relevance to your life and immerse yourself in this every moment of everyday. Be kind to your body, look after your mind and be good to those around you, for they support your journey. Have a safe and wonderful New Years Eve. Your Cell coaches and staff.

Monday 26 December 2011

Posted by The Cell on 25th December 2011

Traditionally, boxing day in this culture centres itself around giving. The day after Christmas is dedicated to helping those in need and those who have little and are not capable of meeting their basic requirements. Perhaps today is a day for you to give, to help and to be sincere in your action towards those who need it. May you continue to have a wonderful Christmas break. Your Cell coaches and staff.
