As of Saturday 06 November, the Saturday morning classes are moving back an hour.
This allows our athletes to get in, get their training done and then enjoy the awesome weather Perth turns on over spring and summer. Call it The Cell’s Daylight Savings schedule.
The new class times will be 7am, 8am and 9am.
Train hard!

Merry Christmas to all who follow the faith of Christ. And to those who are neutral or follow another faith may you all be safe, enjoy a day of what for most of us is rest. Good food, good people. And may you have the capacity to be grateful for these two wonderful elements of life… Thank you and be merry!

Another Hard slog from the young boys at HALO. They really stepped it up during the week. Learning new skills & drills and moving with kettlebells. The introduction of kettlebells initially threw the young lads off track, but only temporarily, they soon adapted and worked well with incorporating movements such as the KB Swing and KB Thruster into our selected workout. A solid effort from all the boys. Soon we will have some serious contenders for the CrossFit Games. We will keep you updated on their progress. Keep a look out in the times to come; fore these young boys will soon excel!

Rest and / or recover. Rest the mind and the body. If you are going to move, move lightly, go for a recovery session, such as a light jog on the beach or a lower intensity row, cycle or swim. Stretch and focus on loosening the body and prepare for the week of training ahead
