Real Fitness Standard’s – Grading Day, Level III/IV
YOU TRAIN HARD AND THINK YOU’RE FIT.
BUT ARE YOU REALLY?
JOIN THE FEW WHO HAVE ALREADY PROVEN IT!
The Cell is holding their Real Fitness Standards Grading for Level III/IV candidates on Saturday 18 February 2012 from 8.00am.
What are The Cell – Real Fitness Standards?
Go here for our standards.
What’s involved in the Grading?
1. Check out the standards and determine if you’re ready, physically and mentally, to be tested.
2. Register and pay ($50) here.
3. The Cell Coaches will randomly select 8 physical tasks from Level III/IV of The Real Fitness Standards, including 1 x Endurance standard and the WOD.
4. On Grading Day, you will be judged by The Cell Coaches on each of the randomly selected tasks which must be completed to the required standard.
5. If you pass all tasks, you will be awarded with The Cell Real Fitness Standards- Level III or IV. This includes, Level III or IV T-Shirt, Level III or IV Wrist Band and a place on The Cell – Real Fitness Standards Whiteboard.
Fail one task and you fail the grading. We make no apologies for the Standards being high and tough to pass. Our athletes are fit across broad time and modal domains. We expect and reward that.
Grading Days for Level I & II are coming soon. Keep training hard and stay tuned…
Our Gradings are open to EVERYONE! Cell members as well as non-Cell members. Want to see where your fitness is at? Come and find out.

When you say one endurance and the wod? Is the wod always done? Or if we do an endurance we don’t do the wod?
Depends what the Endurance is Steeny. If Eva comes out of the hat, you don’t do the WOD. If t’s another endurance task, you still do the WOD. So essentially, you will only do 1 WOD. Either Eva or Fran. Awesome hey!
