We run a comprehensive Coach Development Program that includes mentoring by The Cell Head Coaches, practical on and off-the-floor coaching experience, training in our business systems and theoretical and practical knowledge testing.
We don’t just let anyone look after our Cell members. There are several pre-requisites that all potential coaches must display;
- a passion for coaching
- the motivation to do that little bit extra
- a strong desire to learn more
