Have you ever asked yourself who you are and what you are doing? I think we could all agree that knowing yourself intimately and the way you operate is one sure way to feel better, maintain strong relationships with others and pass through this life with greater ease. These are just a few benefits, but how to know yourself? One way to know better who you are is through intensity… When training next by yourself or at The Cell open your mind up to challenging what you are doing, perceived boundaries, pushing through and well past perceived pain. Do this and repeat this action and soon enough you will begin to have a greater understanding of what makes you, you and why? Through pain we become humble, it is when we are humble that our minds and spirits become open to truth, peacefulness and beauty. SS.
