This WOD is a CrossFit Hero WOD. These WOD’s are named in honour of US Military and Law Enforcement CrossFitting personnel killed in action. Unfortunately these and our own Hero WOD’s named in honour of Australian military and Police personnel are becoming far too numerous.
Today is National Police Rememberance Day. Our thoughts are with those brave officers currently serving the community and we remember, honour and say ‘thank you’ to the dedicated men and women who have died whilst on duty.
“Step forward now, policeman, You’ve borne your burdens well. Come walk a beat on Heaven’s streets, You’ve done your time in Hell.“
