LOST 9KG IN A MONTH
“Since starting at The Cell (6 months ago), I have read a lot about nutrition and Paleo and have even bought some books. But I decided to approach Jase for some one-on-one coaching because I didn’t feel I was getting it right.
Each session we focused on a different element of my diet, which I was now documenting. Simple things like breakfast, which I realise, is a no-brainer, and being organised with my food prep has helped the light bulb go on and stay on!
Being accountable like this saw me lose 9kgs in 1 month! I’ve now lost over 12kgs! But the most astounding thing for me is the energy levels! Usually a chronic napper, I feel as though I am bouncing off the walls. Even when I am physically tired, I feel my brain still functions well. I’m not as grumpy of short tempered, as I get tired.
I’m just sorry fear stopped me getting started sooner. I can’t recommend Nutrition Coaching enough. I’ve still got a lot to learn but I love learning it. Thanks Jase!”

Introducing The Cell’s Nutrition Coaching service!
What is Nutrition Coaching?
Just as you are coached through your workouts at The Cell, held accountable for each and every rep and given sound advice whenever you need it, a Nutrition Coach is there to help you stay accountable. To give you tips and solutions to your everyday nutrition problems. Your Nutrition Coach is there for YOU and will guide you over a 5-week period in everything relating to YOUR nutrition.
How does it work?
Your Nutrition Coaching experience kicks off with a 7-day food journal. Journalling is integral to the process. It’s about tracking what you are eating on a daily basis and gives you a clear picture of exactly what you are eating, how much or how little! You will be required to write down everything you consume over the 7-days prior to your first appointment. It continues over 5-appointments with journalling required for the enitre period. If it’s worth doing, it’s worth recording! Each appointment is 30-minutes long during which time you will review your journal with your Coach, look at areas for improvement and be given a number of tips to implement for the following week. You also have unlimited phone and email access to your Nutrition Coach.
The aim of Nutrition Coaching is to educate you and make you an expert in Nutrition for YOU.

Your training at The Cell is the stimulus required for forging elite fitness. However, the adaptation required to achieve elite fitness takes place outside the gym. For this adaptation to occur, it must be supported by adequate recovery.
Adequate recovery includes, but is not limited to; sleep, rest and nutrition.
So what is adequate nutrition? Here are our guidelines for Real Nutrition
