5 Snatch Grip Deadlifts
5 Hang Power Snatch
5 Overhead Squats
5 Behind the Neck Push Press
Use a barbell equaling 1/2 bodyweight

What exactly is PainStorm?
Painstorm is the monthly challenge that started between CrossFit Brand X (Ramona, California), CrossFit Scotland, and CrossFit London. It is basically a very hard, generally very long WOD. It is physically and mentally challenging but fun, in a sick CrossFit kind of way!
For example
February PainStorm
25 rounds for time of:
3 Cleans (as in full squat cleans) x 40kg
3 Snatches (full squat at the bottom) x 40kg
3 Deadlifts (drop it at the top if you want) x 100kg
3 Handstand Push-ups
So what will the March PainStorm involve?
In true CrossFit style, you’ll find out on the day. But rest assured, we will scale according to your ability. It’s about participation and striving together for the shared goal of achieving Real Fitness.
