The majority of the Western world celebrates today as a day of symbolic peace, giving, sharing, prosperity, birth to a new and better life, love and care for our fellow human being. The Cell’s coaches and staff would like to wish all who choose to celebrate Christmas a very clear and peaceful day. For those who’s cultural practices do not align themselves with Christmas may your lives be peaceful, and in fact may the essence of what Christmas is resonate with everyone on Earth; and may we all have clarity and peace. Virtue and ultimate goodness knows no cultural boundary, a world full of peace is a world full of sincere happiness. Thank you for a wonderful year and may next year be perceived and felt to be even better! Peace and best wishes, your Cell coaches & staff.

The feat here is not a 203kg push press, the feat here is the focus required to get to this point…

One we have seen before… A strength different to the exposition from last week. Lets observe the countless hours of not only training that goes into these incredible feats but also the countless hours of extensive self analysis by these individuals and the body control involved. The amount of effort required to control their breathing and to sustain such peace, slow movement and poise whilst engaging in such a manner is at times beyond comprehension…

“To myself I seem to have been only like a boy playing on the seashore, and diverting myself and now and then finding a smoother pebble or a prettier shell than ordinary, while the great ocean of truth lay all undiscovered before me.” Sir Isaac Newton.

Owing to ignorance of the rope the rope appears to be a snake; owing to ignorance of the Self the transient state arises of the individualized, limited, phenomenal aspect of the Self.
