New Years Eve is an interesting time of the year. Every day is day of reflection but in our culture particular emphasis is placed on the turning of a new year. Our advice is take advantage of this cultural practice to do your best in eliciting change. Change is healthy, change is useful. Observe what is of greater importance in your life and focus on that for 2012. Now is the time to be who you want to be, build the foundations of what has relevance to your life and immerse yourself in this every moment of everyday. Be kind to your body, look after your mind and be good to those around you, for they support your journey. Have a safe and wonderful New Years Eve. Your Cell coaches and staff.

Some people confuse acceptance with apathy, but there’s all the difference in the world. Apathy fails to distinguish between what can and what cannot be helped; acceptance makes that distinction. Apathy paralyzes the will-to-action; acceptance frees it by relieving it of impossible burdens. Arthur Gordon.
The majority of the Western world celebrates today as a day of symbolic peace, giving, sharing, prosperity, birth to a new and better life, love and care for our fellow human being. The Cell’s coaches and staff would like to wish all who choose to celebrate Christmas a very clear and peaceful day. For those who’s cultural practices do not align themselves with Christmas may your lives be peaceful, and in fact may the essence of what Christmas is resonate with everyone on Earth; and may we all have clarity and peace. Virtue and ultimate goodness knows no cultural boundary, a world full of peace is a world full of sincere happiness. Thank you for a wonderful year and may next year be perceived and felt to be even better! Peace and best wishes, your Cell coaches & staff.
