Glute Ham Developer Sit-Up
Hip Extension
American Kettlebell Swing
Bench Press
Pull Up
All exercises with light:medium weight. Reps are until you feel burn in target area or prescribed amount.
This is not a timed WOD.

As many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:
Deadlift, 5 reps
Hang Power Clean, 5 reps
Front Squat, 5 reps
Push Press, 5 reps
Back Squat, 5 reps
Choose your own weight.
Multiply load by rounds to give you a score (eg. 30kgs, 12 rounds = 360).

Every athlete will perform the CFT once this week. When doing the CFT, that athlete will not do the WOD for that day. They will warm up and then do a CFT under the direction of a coach. The CrossFit Total (PDF)

GUEST DAY WOD
“Partner CINDY”
As many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Squats
Partner A starts and does 5 Pull Ups. When they finish their pull ups, Partner B does 10 Push Ups. Partner A then does 15 Squats.
That is 1 round.
Then Partner B does 5 Pull Ups. Partner A does 10 Push Ups. Partner B does 15 Squats.
Continue in this manner until the 20 minutes is complete.
WOD RULES
- 1 Person working at a time
- Partners MUST alternate the movements
- WOD can be done individually by Cell members in which case, normal “Cindy” WOD rules apply
